Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Our policy is simple:
- Due to the low cost of most of the items sold here, we will not require you to return the item if you are eligible for a replacement.
- Items that don’t fit due to the customer choosing the wrong size are not eligible for replacement. Please contact us if you are not sure about what size you need.
- We will not replace items due to the color being unsatisfactory. Due to the difference in screens and monitors, colors may look different.
- If the item you received is damaged, not what was ordered, or any other issues. Please contact us and we will help you.
